3. Add-ons and Services

• SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, and other add-on services are non-refundable once activated.

• Setup fees (if any) are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.

• Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.

5. Service Suspensions and Violations

• Accounts terminated or suspended due to Terms and Conditions violations (spam, abuse, illegal activity, etc.) are not eligible for refunds.
